In 2017, Amazon acquired Whole Foods Market for $13.7 billion, which became a part of its grocery strategy alongside its existing grocery line Amazon Fresh. As a part of the company's strategy to expand its delivery model across multiple industries, the Fresh organization needed to increase its workforce to meet the challenges demands of grocery delivery.
Brandon was brought on as the main producer to oversee the creation of an Amazon Fresh recruiting video. From December 2016 through early January 2017, Brandon worked closely with vice presidents, directors, and senior staff of the Amazon Fresh team to establish the creative direction, preproduction plan, on-site video production in both corporate and fulfillment center environments, obtain approvals from legal and PR teams, and final delivery.
Brandon's strong project management, creative direction, and collaborative partnership with the Amazon Fresh stakeholders were instrumental in successfully delivering this asset on time and to the client's satisfaction. His work helped showcase Amazon Fresh's unique capabilities and appeal to potential job candidates.
