Amazon Music sought to aggressively expand its developer workforce to unlock the fullest potential that Alexa devices could achieve toward music-based interactions. This lead to its recruitment teams needing marketing assets that targeted new-hire candidates across the globe. One of the assets needed was a recruitment video.
Brandon played the critical role of the main video producer working on creating a brand awareness video for Amazon Music. He went through several iterations of the video, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, including the VP of Marketing.
Despite facing challenges like reduced team capacity, digesting conflicting stakeholder feedback, and a tight timeline, Brandon worked diligently to revise the video and deliver a final version that the team was happy with.
