This is why the Executive Simulator training was created - to teach sales teams how to communicate to C-suite executives what AI solutions that AWS can offer.
Brandon served as the primary video production project manager - establishing its three-month schedule and $250K budget, directing and managing 12 internal partner teams and 27 external vendors and subcontractors, and facilitating beta testing and launch.
Unlike most training programs that immediately correct users when submitting incorrect quiz answers, this scenario-based experience allowed users to not only reward them for selecting the correct choices, but also see the consequences of their wrong choices play out in a fictitious customer conversation.
While other training programs typically achieved a 15% survey response rate from users over at least three months, the Executive Simulator training achieved a 30% within its first 30 days. This 2x engagement rate took place without standard marketing efforts most other programs apply. Within the survey results, the training achieved a 52% net promoter score.
